NewWeb
Terms of use
These terms apply when you use NewWeb (newweb.ai) to build, publish or visit websites. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You need to be at least 18, or have a parent's permission.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person or company per account.
2. Your sites and your content
- What you build with NewWeb is yours: the text, the design and the code you download.
- You give NewWeb the right to store, show and publish your sites so the service works.
- You're responsible for what you publish, including text, images and anything you import from another website. Only import sites you own or have permission to use.
- Photos come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash licence.
3. What isn't allowed
You may not use NewWeb to publish or build:
- Scams, fake log-in pages, or pages that pretend to be a bank, a company or a government agency.
- Anything illegal in Sweden or the EU, including sexual content involving minors, terrorism, or selling illegal goods.
- Hate, harassment, threats or violence against people or groups.
- Content that copies someone else's work, brand or trademark without permission.
- Malware, spam, or anything that harms visitors or other services.
4. When we take sites down
- We tell the account owner what was taken down and why, and you can reply if you think we made a mistake.
- Pages that look like fake log-in pages are stopped automatically when you try to publish them.
5. Plans and payment
- The free plan includes a set number of renders per day and month. Paid plans are described on the pricing section.
6. Availability
We work to keep NewWeb and published sites online, but we can't promise they'll never be down. Keep a copy of important sites with "Download the file".
7. Liability
NewWeb is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales, caused by the service being unavailable or by mistakes in generated content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish law.
8. Personal data
We store your email, a protected version of your password, your sites and how many renders you use. We don't sell your data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes matter, we'll tell you before they take effect.
10. Law
These terms follow Swedish law.
